Frequently Asked Questions
When is the best time to order a Prom 2026 dress?
We recommend ordering your Prom 2026 gown 6 to 10 weeks before your event date. This window allows ample time for order processing, complimentary standard delivery (complimentary on US orders $200+), and any personalized alterations with your local seamstress for a custom runway fit.
How do I determine my correct size in designer prom gowns?
Formal designer gowns adhere to specialized couture sizing charts, which frequently differ from standard everyday retail sizing. Take precise measurements of your bust (around the fullest point), natural waist (narrowest section), and hips (fullest curve), then cross-reference the designer's specific size guide. If your measurements span two sizes, we advise selecting the larger size, as gowns can easily be tailored down by a professional tailor.
Are Boutinie prom dresses authentic designer originals?
Yes. Boutinie is an authorized retail partner for all showcased design houses including Ladivine, Andrea & Leo, and Elizabeth K by GLS Collective. Every gown arrives in pristine condition in original manufacturer packaging with verified brand style tags and serial identifiers.
What is Boutinie's return policy for prom dresses?
We offer a 14-day return window from your confirmed delivery date for eligible unworn, unaltered dresses with all original designer tags securely attached. Please consult our complete returns guide for specific authorization instructions.
