Return & Refund Policy

At Boutinie, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at cs@boutinie.com. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, gift cards, and certain personal or custom products may not be eligible for return. If you’re unsure about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, subject to the same return conditions outlined above.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
