Return & Refund Policy

At Boutinie, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn't right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at cs@boutinie.com or submit a return request directly from your order page. Once approved, we'll provide instructions on how to send your item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, gift cards, and certain personal or custom products may not be eligible for return. If you're unsure about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. This withdrawal period is extended if it would otherwise expire on a weekend or public holiday.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at cs@boutinie.com before the 14-day period expires. You may also cancel your order directly from your order page before it has been fulfilled.

Once you notify us of your withdrawal, you must return the item(s) within 14 days. A return shipping fee of $15.00 will be deducted from your refund.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to final sale items or custom/personalized products.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
